Prof. Wolfgang Henseler (born 1961) is Professor of Digital Media and Intermedial Design at Pforzheim University, Faculty of Design. He researches and teaches in the fields of user experience, user-centered interface design, design and innovation thinking, and AI-based solutions for customer-centric ecosystems, both in undergraduate programs and in the Master of Creative Direction and Future Making.

In addition, Professor Henseler serves as Creative Managing Director at SENSORY-MINDS, a design studio for innovative technologies and smart media based in Offenbach am Main. There, he is responsible for the area of innovative technologies and customer-centric business strategies.

Professor Henseler is regarded as an expert in customer experience management and AI-based loyalty systems, as well as customer- and user-centered “5.0” business solutions. He is also a specialist in media-based brand experiences and in design and innovation thinking.
