Mr. Rauchensteiner holds a degree in mechanical engineering and has been working for the Dräxlmaier Group since 1992. He has been joint managing director of DST Dräxlmaier Systemtechnik GmbH since March 2011 after the roll-out of the new organization. Before assuming this position Mr. Rauchensteiner was managing Director of Business Area II DAS Dräxlmaier Automotivsysteme GmbH Daimler, Porsche, JLR since March 2006. From February 2001 until February 2006 he was managing Director of the DST Dräxlmaier Systemtechnik GmbH. Before he took over this position he was head of tool manufacture, marketing and project manager for shifting and selecting levers, sales manager and head of systems technology.
