Studied automotive engineering in Cologne at University of applied science until 2007. Afterwards started working in the automotive lighting business at Ruetz Technologies with mechanical topic regarding pedestrian protection at Audi in Ingolstadt. Moved further in lighting technology starting with measurements in the lightchannel for all exterior and interior lighting units and apart from it enduranced and developed in test drives first ADB and automated lighting systems with Audi Ingolstadt. Changing from lighting engineering into project management for 7 years from 2017 in various lighting projects in concept and serial phase with Tier 1s and also OEMs. After that period changed back into lighting development with more focus on simulations itself and now leading optical development at Lightworks GmbH.
